From Ballroom to Latin to Swing to Salsa, we offer all styles of dance lessons for all ag...es and abilities in a fun atmosphere.   At Fred Astaire Dance Studio, learning how to dance is always easy and fun! In your very first lesson, you'll learn some of the basic elements of which all dance patterns are based! Our unique teaching method includes regularly scheduled private instruction as well as group lessons and practice lessons     Private Lessons - Our teachers give you the specialized and personalized attention necessary to look and feel great on the dance floor, while developing the ability to lead or follow any partner.  We schedule the private lessons at your convenience Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 9:00p.m., and will be able to develop a program that is specific to meeting your dancing goals.     Group Lessons - Group lessons are also a necessary part of instruction where patterns, technique and style are discussed.  In addition, group lessons provide you with the opportunity to meet other students with similar dancing goals.   The classes are divided by the dance and syllabus level, and are scheduled every day in the evening, so we’re sure to have a class to meet your needs.   Practice Parties - Practice parties complete the lesson information taught in our private and group lessons. Learning is one thing, but making the material work in a live setting while dancing with different people is quite another. This is what our practice parties do. Teachers can then tailor their private lessons based on how they see their students progressing in a social setting.       Social Dancing -Dancing isn’t just about the steps and music; it’s a perfect combination of physical activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation.
